CSG gives us piece of mind; the service level and responsiveness to tackling whatever issues arise is very quick. There hasn't been any downtime or problems with the network. The employees are pretty happy, and the billing structure helps control IT costs.

Just a quick note to let you know how helpful your team has been the last few days. My computer died last night; over the weekend, and your Engineer met me at Best Buy and helped me buy a machine, took my old and new ones home with him last night, and had the whole thing working for me this morning. Would have been in bad shape without him, so just wanted to let you know that.
